Bob started in the sports marketing field in 1994 with the creation of Fine Sports Collectibles (FSC); FSC grew to become a well known and successful company in the region. Within three years FSC drew the attention of Mounted Memories, one of the country's largest sports marketing companies, resulting in Mounted Memories purchase of FSC in 1997.

Latitude Sports Marketing was established in February of 2005 as a response to the marketplace's need for innovative and fresh ideas in the sports marketing industry. LSM has grown since its inception in 2005 and has continued to conduct cutting edge sports promotions, provide specialty sports memorabilia, and complete athlete signings with several of the biggest names in professional sports. LSM has utilized various relationships with star athletes to conduct signings with players such as John Elway, Patrick Roy, Don Larsen, Joe Sakic, Troy Tulowitzki, Brandon Marshall, and Eddie Royal.
